Resilience, creativity, and the spirit of the Filipino road.

Born from abandoned American military jeeps after World War II, the jeepney embodies Filipino ingenuity—taking what was left behind and transforming it into something wholly their own. Stretched to carry communities, each vehicle explodes with color, religious iconography, and personal flair, earning its title as the “King of the Road.”

Inside, passengers squeeze onto facing benches, passing fare money hand-to-hand in small acts of daily trust. It stops anywhere, for anyone—accessible, communal, alive with the rhythm of Philippine streets.

Now facing modernization, the traditional jeepney remains a symbol of survival and adaptation: loud, vibrant, and unapologetically Filipino.
